東莞盛鵬の発展の歴史
2005-2010：設立と中核能力の確立 2005 年に中国の東莞で設立された Shengpeng Precision は、CNC 加工の専門工場として始まりました。主要なマイルストーン:
✅ 2005: 地元の産業顧客向けに CNC 旋盤およびフライス加工サービスを開始しました。
✅ 2008: 板金加工と精密鋳造を含むように施設​​を拡張しました。

✅ 2020: 完全な生産トレーサビリティを備えたデジタル品質追跡を実装しました。
✅ 2022 ～ 2023 年: 即時の DFM 分析と注文管理のためのワンストップ サービス ポータルを開始しました。 2023年ISO認証取得。
✅ 2024年: 以下の機能により、医療/航空宇宙分野の収益が40%増加する: 医療: 生体適合性表面仕上げ (Ra≤0.1μm鏡面研磨) 航空宇宙: チタン合金の5軸加工 (公差±0.01mm)
