三、機械加工工程

42CrMo 合金鋼の棒材を所定の長さに切断した後、旋削サービスを利用してギアのブランクを荒加工し、基準となる外径と内径を確立します。次に、精密 CNC 旋削サービスを使用して、同軸度と真円度の公差を厳密に管理しながら、ギアの基準端面とアセンブリ穴を仕上げ加工します。その後の作業には、ヘリカルギアの歯を形成するためのホブ切りまたはフライス加工が含まれ、その後バリ取りが行われます。お客様のご要望に応じて黒色酸化仕上げを施します。すべてのワークピースは歯形検査と寸法検証を受け、バッチ全体でのかみ合い精度とアセンブリの互換性を保証します。
