このエンジンケーシングは、東莞盛鵬精密技術有限公司の重力鋳造部品です。アルミニウム合金 6061-T5 製で、全体的に銀白色の金属光沢があります。シェル本体は平屋根構造となっており、中央に複数の突起状の補強面を設け、剛性の向上と放熱を図っています。安定した接続を確保するために、ハウジングの片側に取り付けボルト用の穴がいくつかあります。一方の端は、特定のエンジンコンポーネントのレイアウトに適応するために円弧状の構造に伸びています。

ステップ 1: 加工段階では、まずカスタマイズされたアルミニウム重力鋳造プロセスを使用してブランクを形成します。溶融したアルミニウム合金 6061-T6 がパーソナライズされた砂型に注入され、金型のキャビティが重力によって自然に満たされ、シェル、強化側面、取り付け座の構造の複雑な輪郭が一度に形成され、ブランクが設計図面と高度に一致することが保証され、後続の加工公差が大幅に削減されます。

ステップ 2: ブランクを加工して硬度を高めた後、CNC マシニングセンターに送って精密フライス加工を行います。モーターアセンブリのシール性能と精度を確保するために、取り付け面、シール穴、ねじ穴、およびインターフェースは精密に機械加工されており、幾何学的キー公差（平面度、同軸度、シール面）は±0.01 mmに制御されています。

ステップ 3: 処理後、超音波洗浄と手動除去を使用して鋳造残渣を正確に除去し、刃先を切断します。これにより、不純物がエンジンに侵入して動作を妨げるのを防ぎます。
