表面が滑らかで金属光沢のある真鍮色の丸い金属パーツです。一般に平らな円盤状で、中央に高い円筒形の波があり、軸上に接続または位置決め用の小さな穴があります。いくつかのネジ穴がプレートの端に沿って均等に配置されているため、固定と取り付けが容易です。医療用精密部品の素材には抗菌性、保温性に優れたラトゥースを採用。

ステップ 1: まず、高精度 CNC 旋盤を使用して旋削を行います。技術チームは、顧客から提供された設計図に基づいて切削速度や送り速度などの主要パラメータを決定し、部品の外径や内穴などの主要部品の精密な旋削加工を行い、旋削後の部品の寸法精度を確保します。

ステップ 2: 旋削加工が完了したら、機械は部品を CNC マシニングセンターに転送し、フライス加工とスタンピングを行います。次に、工具のストロークと工具交換の頻度を最適化することにより、フライス加工輪郭の均一性、および穴の垂直および同軸位置が医療基準の精度を満たします。
