3Dプリンティング技術を用いて形成されたアルミニウム合金ボディで、一般的な長さのバンドを備えた非対称フレーム構造となっています。左側には、円筒部品を固定するための固定穴のある円形の固定座があります。中央の部分はキャビティ削減構造を備えたサポートアームで、右側の部分はセンサーやプレートなどの複数のコンポーネントの取り付けに対応できる取り付け穴のアセンブリがいくつかある統合プラットフォームです。

ステップ1：まず、製品の構造に合わせて砂の高精度な形状を調整します。液体の溶融アルミニウムが、制御された圧力下で金型のキャビティに注入されます。金属液が完全に冷却して固定された後、砂型を取り除き、素材の部品を取得します。

ステップ 2: 最初のブランクはまず手作業で洗浄され、ショットブラストによって表面に付着した砂や鋳物のバリが完全に除去されます。次に、精密加工工程へ進みます。CNCフライス盤を使用して、部品の組み立て基準面を0.03mm以内に管理された高精度なフライス加工を行います。次に、CNC ドリリング装置とリトラクト装置を使用してすべての位置決め穴が統合され、± 0.02 mm の範囲内の破壊許容度が厳密に管理されます。

ステップ3：最後に自然陽極酸化処理を行い、電気化学反応により表面に緻密な酸化皮膜を形成し、砂が溶けた部分の耐食性と表面硬度を大幅に向上させます。
