ヒーターの保護カバーは6061アルミニウム板でできており、表面は滑らかでマットな質感です。構造は 3 段階の対称的な曲がりで、中央の突起と両側に平らな翼プレートがあり、エッジでは緩やかに変化しています。中央にはいくつかの円形の開口部が取り付けられており、取り付けと固定の機能のほか、通気と放熱の役割も果たします。

まず、6061アルミニウムプレートをCNCレーザーカットにより精密にカットします。 ± 0.05 mm の切断精度で輪郭、組み立て穴、エッジ亀裂を一度に加工し、その後の曲げや組み立ての精度を確保します。

次に、板金曲げのステップに入ります。CNC を備えた曲げ機を使用して板を部分的に曲げます。曲げ角度と圧力を正確に制御することで、曲げゾーンの平坦性と構造抵抗が確保されます。

板金の曲げが完了した後、すべてのバリや鋭利なエッジが細心の研磨と研削によって取り除かれ、滑らかで完璧な表面が保証されます。最後に、陽極酸化処理を行って、アルミニウム部品の表面に均一で緻密な酸化皮膜を形成します。これは表面硬度に影響を与え、耐摩耗性と耐食性を大幅に向上させます。
